Actually the people behind Medvedev are interesting. They really could be the same ones that once upon a time stood behind Stalin.As for Medvedev we can only wait to see.

The baby chicks Medvedev is eyeing so hungrily represent the innocent oppressed peoples that have so recently liberated themselves from the Russian Yolk (get it? get it?) and which Russia desires once more to greedily consume, relishing the taste of their blood and their snapping bones between its saliva-flecked masticating jaws. The first chick has been named Saakashvili.

Yes, amongst all the dignified pictures of Medvedev in suits, was this wonder of an image – with him smiling this strange smile while rubbing little chicks.
